According to the provisions of Law L.4172/2013:

A sales invoice with a net value of five hundred (500) euros and above , issued for the sale of goods, software or the provision of services to professionals, is recommended to be paid by the recipients with a proven bank transaction (bank transfer or credit card).

According to the provisions of Law 4446/2016:

A retail sales receipt with a value of five hundred (500) euros and above , issued for the sale of goods or the provision of services to individuals, is paid by the recipients via debit and credit cards or via a bank account and payment in cash is not permitted.

According to the provisions of Law 2859/2000, paragraph 5, article 39 ^a :

It is stipulated that for the supplies of mobile phones, game consoles, tablets and laptops, from a taxable person to another taxable person, the buyer is entitled to a VAT exemption. In the event that the buyer is not subject to VAT, his tax information will be checked and the corresponding VAT will be charged.
